About Frieda McGoldrick

Frieda McGoldrick trained initially in the Dramatic Arts and worked with young children for many years prior to raising a family of her own.

In both raising her family and her Dramatic work with children Frieda's passion and central theme is and has always been, facilitating each person to manifest their own essence in the world, realizing that we are all unique human beings.

Or as William Ellery Channing so eloquently put it:

"Each of us is meant to have a character all our own,
To be what no other can exactly be,
And do what no other can exactly do."

As her children were growing up, Frieda studied and qualified in Homeopathic Medicine. While working as a Homeopath Frieda noticed that many people viewed their lives as a 'series of problems to be solved'.

She knew at an instinctual level, however, that instead of simply problem solvers, we are in fact, uniquely designed in a most magnificent way.

So when Frieda came across the MythoSelf® Process she realized that this model very quickly allows people to access the structure of their very essence. And even more than that, gives them the skills to hold that structure in place so their essence becomes the starting point for the rest of their lives.

Frieda McGoldrick has been working with the MythoSelf® Model for the past six years and is currently the only female MythoSelf® Trainer.

She says that she teaches others to truly live their life from their own magnificence - their own essence.
